You’re juggling big visions, tight deadlines, and the pressure to make every message count.Whether you’re launching a campaign, refining a donor journey, or rallying support for a major initiative—you need messaging that reflects your values, earns trust, and inspires action. That’s where I come in.With a strategist’s mindset, a storyteller’s heart, and the refined craft of a certified copywriter, I help mission-driven teams create messaging that mobilizes supporters and drives results.Explore the samples below to see how clarity, story, and strategy come together in real-world campaigns.

CROWDFUNDING CAMPAIGNS

Through my work at Charidy, I’ve helped raise over $43 million for a wide range of nonprofit crowdfunding campaigns.Canadian Friends of the Israel Guide Dog Center (CFIGDC), an independent client, granted permission to share samples from their upcoming campaign:

EMAIL MARKETING

Selected emails from CFIGDC’s Evening of Miracles, a benefit concert supporting guide and PTSD service dogs in Israel. These messages were created to drive ticket sales, secure sponsorships, and strengthen donor connection before and after the event.

SOCIAL MEDIA

These campaigns built energy, emotion, and engagement in the lead-up to two major nonprofit events. Below are select posts that showcase the tone, strategy, and storytelling behind each campaign.

Evening of Miracles Gala

A benefit concert for guide and PTSD service dogs in Israel. Brought in weeks before the gala, I turned a folder of outdated assets into a high-performing social campaign that sold out the event and exceeded fundraising goals.

PITCH DECK

Created for Tikvah Toronto, a grassroots initiative supporting Orthodox Jewish women in crisis. This pitch deck was developed to introduce the organization’s mission, establish credibility with early supporters, and frame a sensitive issue with clarity and compassion.

STRATEGIC MESSAGING BLUEPRINT

Before writing the website for Kind Interventions, I created this Messaging Blueprint to clarify their voice and message so every word would land with purpose. Kind Interventions helps families of people struggling with addiction set boundaries and stop enabling through a structured and compassionate, education-based approach.A Messaging Blueprint is a strategic document that defines your brand voice, positioning, and key messages to guide all communications with clarity and consistency.

WEBSITE COPY

This section includes both nonprofit and for-profit work. Each site is tailored to its audience, rooted in clarity, and built to drive action. Whether the goal is community outreach or professional services, every word is crafted to help users understand, trust, and move forward.

ARTICLES

Stories that spotlight advocacy, community impact, and personal growth. These narrative nonfiction pieces combine emotional depth, cultural fluency, and strategic storytelling to highlight vital services and explore tradition with honesty and heart.

TRUSTED BY NONPROFIT & MARKETING LEADERS

“I sent the pitch deck to a donor who usually gives $10K/year. This time, he’s giving $32K! Pay yourself on the back—you made magic happen! And I just got another call—I secured another $18,000 and I’m just getting started! Having you as support here is amazing. My success is your success.”

—Atarah Derrick, Executive Director, Canadian Friends of the Israel Guide Dog Center

“Working with Sarah has been a refreshing experience on so many levels. She assessed what we needed, created a plan, implemented it—and rocked our social media presence. She talks less, does more, and always overdelivers.”

—Dena Marzian, Executive Director, The Shabbat Project Toronto

“Sarah brought us the most professional, customized game plan we’ve had to date. While other vendors pushed cookie-cutter solutions, she actually listened and delivered what we needed.”

—Derek Saker, Director of Communications, OHEL Family & Child Service

“Sarah’s copy maximized our visibility and clearly communicated our value. Her focus, attention to detail, and strategic thinking took our campaign to another level. I couldn’t be more pleased.”

—Rabbi Ben Tzion Shaifer, Founder, TheShmuz.com

“Sarah can make a legal disclaimer sound like a sonnet. When she gets her hands on a problem, you end up feeling sorry for the problem. She’s tenacious, sharp, and incredibly passionate—always my first call for marketing advice.”
